I was born in 1970 in the town of Ulupınar, Kırşehir. I completed my primary education in Konya and Samsun Vezirköprü. I began my secondary education in Samsun Vezirköprü and completed it at Kırşehir Kale Middle School. I graduated from Kırşehir High School in 1987. In 1996, I graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine.
In 1996, I started working as a doctor at Ulucanlar Prison. Later, I worked as the Institution Responsible Physician at the Ankara Courthouse. Following this, I served as the Institution Physician at the Judge-Prosecutor Training Center.
In 2000, I began my residency in General Surgery at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. In 2005, I worked for one year in the Gastroenterological Surgery Department at Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital. After being appointed as a General Surgeon at Ürgüp State Hospital, I left my state position and started working as a General Surgery Specialist at Ankara Private Güven Hospital in June 2006.
I participated in the hospital's first International Quality Audit (JCI). During my time at Güven Hospital, I hosted the television program "Health is Everything" on Beyaz TV for one year, and in 2010, I was awarded the "10th Julide Gülizar - Best Health Program / Successful Surgeon of the Year Award" by the European Journalists Association. In 2013, I was appointed as the Health Office Manager and Chief Physician in Baku, Azerbaijan.
After completing my six-month assignment in Baku, I resumed my role as a General Surgery Specialist at Ankara Private Güven Hospital. In 2017, I left the Kavaklıdere Campus of Ankara Private Güven Hospital and started working as a General Surgery Specialist at the Çayyolu Campus of the same hospital. In March 2018, I received the title of Associate Professor.
In 2020, I left my position at Güven Hospital and continued to serve my patients at my private practice on Park Street, Çayyolu. I am married and a father of one daughter and one son.
